Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I’m a Windows technical expert. I’ll be happy to help you out today.
Note, since this is happening inside a user-mode space and not the kernel, you may not have triage dumps to upload. In that case, you need to enable user-mode dump archiving. To do that you need to modify the registry.
Create a new text document on your desktop, edit with Notepad and paste the following:

User-mode crash is likely spilling over into the kernel so the mindumps for kernel wont contain what we are looking for. Provide the user-mode dumps after it happens again. If there are no user-mode dumps, then we may have to enable driver verifier later.
In the meantime, can you provide your event logs? Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > right-click Applications and System logs respectively > Save events as. Also include system information by running msinfo32.exe > File > Save.

In your event log I am seeing warnings from source WHEA (Windows Hardware Error Architecture), specifically an issue with the processor:
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Unknown Error Source
Error Type: Internal parity error
Processor APIC ID: 8
APIC ID is the processor number or core. The core is random.
Usually this implies an issue with the microcode so you should update your BIOS to the current build for your MB : https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z39.
And while you are at it, update your chipset drivers if they are not current with the ones being offered currently from Asus.
While updating BIOS and driver, disable driver verifier. You can enable after doing this.
If the updates above do not fix, then you may to consider disabling mitigation for Spectre and Meltdown: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-c.
As for the driver framework error, that is likely manifesting from your gaming headset.. I see these events:
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device HID\VID_046D&PID_0AAA&MI_03&Col02\7&26d7e364&0&0001.
That device ID is for Logitech G Pro X Gaming Headset, which I see is present
I also see The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device HID\VID_0951&PID_16DF&MI_03&Col02\7&30363b0c&0&0001.
That device ID is also for a headset it appears, Kingston HyperX QuadCast, which does not appear to be present
Don’t ask why, but I see these gaming headsets always crashing their respective driver hosts. As long as it does not crash driver framework manager the user-mode driver should not be crashing the kernel so this might be incidental and not related to the crashes.

Sometimes, when I insert a USB-stick, Windows can’t recognise it. The «My Computer» folder tries to refresh, but it takes too long time and does not change anything.
Moreover, when I try to shut down or reboot the system, it shows the final screen (Shutting down or Rebooting), and does nothing.
The Event Viewer shows two similar critical errors near the time, when I insert the USB-stick. There are their descriptions and details:
10110:
A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices.
