Какая точно редакция у 7-ки? Выложите здесь фото диска и коробки (но только без ключа!).

Вот пожалуйста. Вы меня решили проверить. Что за допрос. У меня и на ноутбуке есть наклейка с ключом, тот ключ тоже при вводе выдает ошибку. Что за лохотрон.

Это не лохотрон. Просто у Вас OEM версия Windows 7 и с сайта Майкрософт её скачать нельзя. С сайта можно скачать только BOX версию Windows 7. и средства создания носителя для Windows 7 нет в отличии от Windows 8.1/10

Это не лохотрон. Просто у Вас OEM версия Windows 7 и с сайта Майкрософт её скачать нельзя. С сайта можно скачать только BOX версию Windows 7. и средства создания носителя для Windows 7 нет в отличии от Windows 8.1/10

А теперь очень внимательно прочитайте, что именно написано на диске, коробке и в прилагаемой документации. Вы приобрели Пакет сборщика систем. А он не предназначен для личного использования. По условиям, которые Вы приняли, вскрыв этот пакет, Вы обязаны:

1) Установить ОС из комплекта пакета на новый компьютер и наклеить на корпус сертификат.

2) Продать этот компьютер третьим лицам (коим Вы по закону быть не можете) всместе сдиском образа ОС и пр.

3) Оказывать всю техподдержку конечному пользователю.

И многое другое. (читайте, изучайте).

Теперь по поводу предустановленной ОС на ноутбуке: всю техподдержку осуществляет изготовитель устройства. В том числе, только у изготовителя устройства есть оригинальный образ предустановленной на Вашем буке ОС. Так что обратитесь в авторизованный сервисный центр изготовителя бука. И с ними договаривайтесь о приобретении образа. А что касаемо ресурсов Microsoft, то Вам уже ответили, что MS предоставляет образы только обладателям «коробочной» лицензии.

For the past couple of months, I have attempted to download various Windows Insider Previews, such as Windows Insider Preview ISOs, Windows 10 IoT Insider, and Windows Admin Center Preview for Servers, from the Windows Insider Preview Downloads page. I am registered with the Windows Insider program, yet, every time I attempt to download from the site, I am presented with Error: We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID df76a642-ca8a-4795-98e4-53a2f15a7707. Whether using Edge, IE11, or Opera, I obtain the same result across multiple devices.

I attempted to contact Microsoft Support as indicated, but they were of little assistance. The typical response from MS Support is that you are using an Insider Preview version, and that is prone to errors. However, I am not attempting to download Windows Insider Preview from a device running Insider Preview. I run the Insider Previews inside of a Virtual Machine (Hyper-V).

Searching the web, other users have run into this same issue and presented with the same frustration when contacting Microsoft Support. A few users have determined that their IP is blocked from the Windows Insider download server. With this information, I turned on the VPN function in the Opera browser where I popped up in Europe opposed to my IP based in the United States. Sure enough, I was able download from the Windows Insider download server!

So the question is, how do I get Microsoft to unblock my IP address from the Windows Insider download server? I am not doing anything nefarious. I enjoy testing the new builds and providing feedback.

Additional updated information as of 06MAR2019. I receive the same error as above with a different IP address but my Windows Insider registered Microsoft Account. When I created a new Microsoft Account and registered it with the Windows Insider program, I am still unable to download with my IP address. Using my phone as a hotspot (different IP address), I am not able to download with my originally registered Microsoft Account; however, I am able to download with the newly created and registered Microsoft Account. I am not sure why I am being blocked from the Windows Insider Program downloads.

(SOLVED) Getting ERROR: Message Code 715-123130 when attempting to Download Insider preview files

Getting ERROR: Message Code 715-123130 when attempting to Download Insider preview files from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewadvanced

How can I solve this issue, and what is going on? A few minutes ago all was working fine, but now I can not access the downloads on any device.

UPDATE: I can still download Win 10 IP 15063 ADK, SDK and Emulator, but nothing works on Windows Insider Preview Advanced page.

UPDATE: The issue seems to be gone. It got solved by itself. Thank you everybody who was contributing and trying to assist me in this matter.

Yes I have tried 6 different browsers on 3 different devices, 2 different MS insider accounts. Same issue.

I think I have narrowed this issue down to only 1 thing: Edge browser did attempt to download same file over and over, I think that it got into an endless download request loop. Not sure if this was caused by Edge itself or if the site code is the cause (as I have also experienced endless login attempt loops using multiple browsers).

What I think has happened now, is that my IP got blocked from the download server.

But HOW can I solve this? Is this something that will go away automatically with time?

Since this issue happens with other browser and also on a different device, it’s possible that this might be an issue with the download server. We suggest that you contact our Answer Desk directly and give them the Message code together with the Transaction ID listed on the screenshot you provided so they can take a look on what exactly is the reason for you not being able to download those files.

NO I am NOT going to go there again. No-one could help me from that page.

I have been chatting with every possible help desk from Microsoft there is, and they all seem to wanna redirect me somewhere else. They all say that there I will get my answers and the problem solved. Most of them did not even understand the question/problem, but wanted to get remote access to my computer or offer me Windows 10 Home, or any other things that does not make sense at all.

So who can actually check server logs and fix the problem? Someone here or someone, somewhere, else?

Seems to me that everybody just want to redirect me somewhere else, and nobody really knows who can help. It’s a waste of my time, a waste of your time, a waste of everybody’s time.

This is so simple: My IP got blocked because of a glitch in either the server, server code, or by my browser (MS Edge). Either way I just want to get rid of the IP BAN and happily download current and next released Insider ISO-files.

I can also confirm that the BAN is IP-based not account based, because I tested this using my LTE network, and no issues what so ever. BUT I am NOT going to use slow LTE for downloading 20-40GB of data every now and then. I need this issue fixed, so I can continue being a Windows Insider and test stuff in a reasonable time frame.

How hard can this be? I have been patient for a long time and I am starting to get frustrated now.

Should I travel to the US and get my hands on Satya Nadella, and bother him with this simple problem?

Yesterday i was started encountering the issue when I tried to download Windows 10 on my computer at work. Download was very slow
(Only 1% after half an hour). I stopped downloading. I thought there was a problem on the computer and tried to re-download after about two hours and then came across the error message.
The computer and the Internet were checked and there was no defect

Thank you for the information, Rafael. There could be a number of factors as to why you are experiencing download issue. This could be caused by broken components of Windows Update or due to a software conflict.

You can run the Windows Update troubleshooter by clicking this link. The Windows troubleshooter can help scan broken Windows Update components and fix it.

Running the System File Checker and DISM can help resolve your concern. The System File Checker (SFC) is a utility in Windows that scans for corrupted Windows system files. If it finds a problem, it will try to replace the problematic system files from a cached version that’s on your PC. If SFC can’t replace the files, the Deployment Image Service and Management Tool (DISM) can check the corrupted files then download and replace the files through Windows Update.

If the issue persists, you can refer to the steps provided in this article on how to reset Windows Update components.

UNABLE TO INSTALL WINDOWS 7 ISO FILES SHOWING ERROR 715-123130

You are not trying to install 7; you are trying to download 7.

And STOP posting in all capitals.

Microsoft does not supply Windows 7 ISO downloads for OEM preinstalled operating system Product Keys for Dell, HP, etc. machines

As it came preinstalled:

Here are the Key/s to press at Boot to reinstall the operating system (new condition). Under each Manufacturer in the list below are the instructions in the respective links for you to follow on how to use their Recovery Partition

Acer – Press Left Alt + F10 Keys.

Advent – Tap F10 until Starting System Recovery appears

Asus – Press F9

Dell – Press F8 which will bring up Advanced Boot Options

eMachines : Press Left Alt Key + F10

Fujitsu – Press F8

HP – Press F11 repeatedly

Lenovo – Press F11

LG – Press F11

Packard Bell : P ress and hold the ALT key while pressing repeatedly the F10 key. Release the keys when a message displays that Windows is loading files.

Samsung – Press F4

Sony Vaio – Tap F10 until the Edit Boot Options screen is displayed

Toshiba – Press 0 (zero)

And if you do have a Manufacturer’s Recovery Partition on your Hard Drive and you can Boot into Windows, you should be able to make and have your own Recovery Disks from it to reinstall the Operating System in case of Hard Drive failure.

Look under Programs > your Computer Manufacturer’s name > then their System Tools or Recovery Software Headings for them, depending how it is worded.

If you can not find any reference to it, contact the Manufacturer for advice on how to make those Recovery Disks.

You can borrow the exact same edition of Windows 7 Retail DVD and use your Product Key on the COA sticker to reinstall the operating system.

Or you can use this for preinstalled OEM or Retail Licenses. This is on a first come, first served monthly basis.

Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.

And here are instructions on how to burn ISO images to disk:

You change the Boot Order in the BIOS to be able to boot from your installation media:

Then do a clean install:

The COA sticker is either on the underside of the Laptop or in the Battery Compartment.

With a Desktop it is either on the side, rear or top of the Computer Case.

Using the downloaded ISO file Method may require phone Activation.

The above method also will require you to go to your Computer Manufacturer’s website > Support and Downloads Section > locate your Model Number and Operating System > then download and install the latest Drivers for it.
