Здорова народ. Давно ни чего не писал про автозвук, но дело движется, вот решил отписаться по планам и новинкам)

Впереди будет смена процессора)) но к его смене решил поменять так же оптику и DAC конвертер цифрового сигнала.
Был у меня вот такой USB конвертер:
MUSE
параметры:
напряжение питания: 5 В (USB питание),
искажение: THD + N: 0.006% (RL > 10 К)
искажение: THD + N: 0.025% (RL = 32)
отношение сигнал-Шум: 98 дб
динамический диапазон: 98 дб
выход на наушники мощность: 12 МВт (RL = 32)

частота дискретизации: 16Bit 32 К, 44.1 К, 48 К
почему решил поменять его?! так это потому что его чип pcm2704 максимум что может переварить так только 16бит и 48кГц треки, а мой плейлист пополняется хайрезами и хочется более качественный звук получить что

И на смену ему идет 24bit/192 кГц USB в коаксиальный/оптический SPDIF I2S Конвертер Цап CM6631A
вот это уже намного лучше, при сравнительно небольших затратах.

Ну вот и все новости на данный момент. Дальше распишу с какими проблемами столкнулся, но это уже для фанатов АЗ.Пошла Лирика)

И так пришел мне еще CM6631A недели 2 назад, и пошли приключения, DAC в машине не заиграл!
я был в шоке так как видимых причин, неполадок не было, просто при подключении DAC получался вот такой звук:

Короче с виду все как и должно быть, но вместо красивой музыки в качестве 24бит/96кГц валило низкочастотным шумом. Первая мысль китаец мне прислал брак!
Принес ее домой подключил от компа к домашнему ресиверу ямаха (кстати используя новую оптику уже)

И все)))) Все заработало как и должно было сразу! Даже после этого вернулся к плееру Neutron Music Player он для меня очень удобный и вообще не лагает.
теперь езжу и наслаждаюсь новым звуком. Кстати звучание изменилось позже напишу пост если кому интересно об ощущениях)

In case anyone is interested, here*s a summary of my experience of purchasing a completed kit of Weiliang*s CM6631A USB-to-SPDIF converter with sealed transformer plus TCXO upgrade.

— This product is available in configurations of: 1. completed board, 2. completed board + transformer, 3. completed kit with case, 4. completed kit + TCXO upgrade, in order of price (the eBay shop does not show these many configurations though)

— They did not update their product descriptions, but I believe all of the new orders are shipped with the new CM6631A instead of CM6631

— It toke 7 days for the product to be shipped. (Note: I*m located in Hong Kong, so I can use taobao instead of eBay, and there is a price difference.)

— The solder paste left on the board is not cleaned. This is not a concern for me because a coworker taught me how to clean it. I read a competitor attack them for not cleaning the boards before shipping to customers.

— Only after I got the product did I read some bad comments for the included BingZi transformer about its durability, even though it is fairly popular with DIY audio products from different sellers. My unit is still working well and I hope it remains this way for several years.

About my issues with ASIO:

— My unit came with firmware 0108 PID 0x0314.

— Native CMedia ASIO output has no sound, although DirectSound and WASAPI (push), and ASIO4ALL all work fine.

— I sent PM to Weiliang but he has not logged on to this forum for many weeks. So I could only talk to their staff via another means of messaging.

— They believed it is an error with my PC configuration, sent me drivers and offered to diagnose my PC via remote assistance, which I did not go through.

— tdtsai explained that the ASIO drivers are designed to output to speakers and headphones only, not SPDIF, if the PID is 0x0314. For ASIO output to SPDIF using current drivers, PID needs to be 0x0319.

— Then I asked them whether they have firmware with PID 0x0319. They said they only have firmware 0101 and 0108.

— I asked them to send firmware 0101 and 0108 to me anyway. Then I found their 0101 has PID 0x0319, the 0108 has PID 0x0314.

— Using Windows XP I was able to switch between these two firmwares, and with significant help with tdsai, found that:

— Firmware 0101 PID 0x0319 can output to SPDIF via CMedia ASIO, but it will never passthrough DTS and AC3 because the unit shows up only as Speakers instead of SPDIF on Windows 7 x64.

— Firmware 0108 PID 0x0314, using current drivers, will not output to SPDIF via ASIO, but it can passthrough DTS and AC3 correctly. With this firmware, SPDIF, Speakers and Heaphones show up on Windows 7 x64 even though my unit does not have Speakers or Headphone output. DTS passthrough using both DirectSound in MPC-HC x64 or WASAPI in MPC-HC x32 + ReClock are tested to be working normally.

— Because I do need the DTS/AC3 passthrough, I*ll stick to the PID 0x0314 firmware and hope that future drivers may enable ASIO output to SPDIF.

— Описания магазины не обновляют, но похоже все последние поставки идут с А ревизией чипа.
— В гонконг доехало за неделю, и дешевле. Потому что с таобао а не иебя.
— Обнаружил не отмытую паяльную пасту.
— По отзывам трансформатор не очень хороший, хрупкий(?)
Проблемы с асио(у автора топика таких небыло):
— Пришло с прошивкой под VID 0108 PID 0x0314.

-0101 имеет PID 0x0319, 0108 имеет PID 0x0314.

— Прошивка 0101 PID 0x0319 может выдавать звук на SPDIF через CMedia ASIO, но не пропускает DTS и AC3
— ПРошивка 0108 PID 0x0314, не выдает звук на SPDIF через ASIO, но пропускает DTS и AC3

Файлы в аттаче, прошика, прошивальщик, драйвер. Процесс должен происходить примерно так. Запустить прошивальщик версии 2.0.1.5 из папки Firmware\FW Update Tool\, нажать кнопку Erase. Оно сотрет всё что нажито непосильным трудом. После завершения процесса стирания программа скажет «Select firmware file», плату нужно вынуть из юсб и вставить обратно(иначе будет ругаться на несовместимость файлов), выбираем 6631-0109-EssenceOne-ALL.hex, оно прошьется. Далее наверх шьем EOne_USB_0111.hex. После этого можно ставить драйвера. В папке Firmware\2.2.03\ находятся оригинальные файлы прошивки. Процесс опробован на приведенной автором топика плате. Для других плат гарантий нет что они совпадут по выходным пинам.

полностью подтвердились. Без гальванической развязки получается куча шумов на цапе и нестабильная работа самого модуля. Покупать встраиваемые в цап модули считаю нерациональным. Только внешние с личным питанием и выходным трансом.

Есть желание заказать следующего зверя

DAC на базе WM8741 и WM8805

оно же, без коробки с фотками платы со всех сторон

а для USB 24/196 дополнительный модуль на базе CM6631

Чтобы не тратить деньги просто так хотелось бы услышать мнение специалистов и возможно отзывы владельцев.

По деталькам всё, вроде бы, неплохо. Китайская плата конечно несколько пугает, но понимаю что это больше конструктор чем готовое изделие, готов страдать переделкой.
